Stress

Stress happens when 

U have two opposite thoughts in your mind, on the same subject.

I want this , but I can't have this.

I should do this , but I don't want to.

This creates disharmony in mind,

and leads to stressful emotion.

When an opposite thought contradicts your desire , 

You have to either change the thought ,or let go of the desire.   

You can't drive down two different roads at the same time.

You must pick one.

The only way to live peacefully is to

Accept the reality and create your own happiness from it.

Life is all about balancing. 

Ignore the negatives and make your happiness in positives of your life.
